Mythos Animation LLC runs mythosanimation.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit, and what we do with it. Last updated 4 October 2026.

What you send us

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email, project type, deadline, budget range and brief. When you type messages to Mimo, our studio host, the conversation is shared with our team so we can follow up. Please don’t share anything confidential there; email us instead.

What we see about your visit

Alongside an enquiry or a conversation with Mimo, we receive your approximate location (city and country, worked out from your network connection), the type of device, your browser language, the page you were on and the site that sent you to us. We never see your precise location.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.

If you agree to it, we also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can improve the site. Clarity uses cookies and masks text you type into forms. It only runs after you choose “Allow”, and you can change your choice at any time: change analytics choice.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare quotes, run projects and improve this site. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. Our hosting, email and analytics providers process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and conversations are kept as long as needed to discuss and deliver work with you, then deleted on request or once they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
